When installing a radio communication module, it is not as simple as installing the module and choosing any channel. There will be users on other channels and also unwanted signals from the environment.
The MU-4 modem has many commands to allow communication to be established easily, however the communication quality can only be observed through field testing. For this purpose, the MU-4 modem can be used with the evaluation software developed by Circuit Design to a) monitor the channels over the frequency band and b) monitor the signal on a particular channel.
